Overview

There are instances where having a printed copy of a specific Help Center article will come in handy or a .pdf version of it that you want to keep on file. While the Help Center itself doesn't have a print option, there is a simple way to print them out using your browser's print feature.

Tip: It will be easier to print the Help Center articles from our support site, which is support.doorloop.com.

The Steps

  1. To print Help Center articles, if you're on PC, you can use the shortcut CTRL+P. If you are on a Mac, you would use CMD+P. However, we know this isn't possible if you're using a device that doesn't have a keyboard.

  2. In this instance, your browser should have a menu you can click on with the Print option there for you to select. Depending on your operating system and browser, this could be in different places.

    • Windows - Most browsers have their settings button at the top right corner, if you click on that, you should see a Print option there.

    • Mac - For Mac, it's the same way where most browsers will have a menu button at the top right and when clicked on, you'll see the option to Print. Alternatively, click the menu at the top of your screen and click File > Print.

  3. If you want to save the Help Center article as a PDF, you can do so as well from the print menu by selecting Print as PDF and it'll save the article as a file on your computer.

That's it. You can do this for each article you need to print out.
